Refund Policy

  • Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not offer refunds on opened coffee. Refunds for unopened coffee are handled on a case-by-case basis. The coffee must be returned in its original, sealed condition, and you must notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Other Products: Refunds for non-coffee items (e.g., accessories) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in an unused condition, and you must notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

  • Coffee Products: If you would like to exchange your coffee for another type, the item must be unopened. You will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping for the new product. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on your replacement order as a courtesy. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: For non-coffee items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer refunds or exchanges if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us promptly with your order number and details. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for coffee products due to breakage or other issues as coffee cannot be “broken.”

Return and Refund Process

  • Order Number Requirement: To request a refund or exchange, an order number is required. While we can assist with locating your order information, we encourage customers to have their order details ready for a smoother process.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise noted. In some instances, we may offer free shipping on a replacement order at our discretion.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please note that any requests for refunds or exchanges made after 14 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.
